Performance BMW is the way to go if you are looking for a BMW. I had been looking for a used 3 series and found one. I emailed them on midnight, and they called me right at 8 the next day trying to get me to see because they had other interest in it. When I saw it at the dealership, the price had gone up $1000, and when I asked them about it they had listed the lower price as a mistake; they forgot to factor in new tires and the detailing/servicing into the first posted price. They worked very well with my time constraints that day, and also sold it to me below the price I had seen (which was already 1,000 below what it should have been). Nasir was very good to work with and also very professional through the entire process. He also contacted me several days later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and to make sure the vehicle was performing well. They were incredibly nice, easy to work with, and they make sure you are happy with your purchase even after they have your money. I would highly recommend Performance BMW to anyone. more

Very Happy With Service 9/19/2012

I have been coming to Performance for 10 years and have always had a good experience. I feel the service staff does not try and get me to do service work that is not required. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I especially recommend John Prilliman and Adrienne. Also it is very easy to arrange loaner or shuttle transportation that works well with any time constraints you may have. more

Two Old BMW's 8/4/2012

They treat our two,old, low mileage Beemers like they just rolled off the lot. The care and attitude of the staff, is similar to the dealership we used after I bought our first BWM in 1987 ( many more since). Never any question about the work being done at the price quoted and in the time promised. Looking forward to at least 15 years with Performance BMW more

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW from Performance BMW Chapel Hill. My experience there has been great. My husband and I had alot of questions about the car and they were all promptly answered by our expert salesman Anthony Porcaro. He patiently answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We did not plan on purchasing the vehicle that day but after having all our questions answered, we felt ready to close the deal. We were glad Anthony was there to assist us. If you're in the area looking for a Bimmer, meet with Anthony, you'll be glad you did! more

It's the team that brings us back again and again... 6/26/2012

Just picked up our family's 4th & 5th BMW's from Performance in Chapel Hill. Yes, they are GREAT driving machines as the ads say, but there are 4 reasons why we drove over 30 minutes instead of hitting dealerships that surround us just a few miles away. Gerald Ramoin, Tim Blancett, Bob French and Jon Hilliard. Gerald keeps his hands on the day to day business and is a great communicator, Tim makes deals work and with a positive demeanor every step of the way, Bob is the first finance manager I have worked with that actually makes the admin side of buying a car EASY. And Jon Hilliard? A pleasure to work with, personally and professionally. He not only put us in cars that we love, he helped make the experience fun AND he engineered birthday surprises for our girls that they will never forget. The TEAM at Performance are the best. more

I had to get some recommended maintenance done to my 2002 Acura TL. Chris assisted me in getting set up in my loaner and was very flexible with my busy schedule that day. I really appreciated him keeping up with me throughout the day and letting me know how much I would be spending prior to getting there to pick up my vehicle. Kudos! more

Great Service 8/25/2011

Just had my 2007 335i serviced at Performance BMW. They fixed a problem with my side view mirror (replaced the motor) and my air conditioner (replaced a part), washed my car and had me on my way and in work before 10am. No cost due to warranty too, which was nice. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, whether they were working on my service or not. Great experience. more

Wonderful 8/8/2011

On Aug 5, 2011 my son and I walked in Performance BMW already approve with credit by another bank but it was not enough to cover the vehicle I wanted, Shawn still wanted to help me, while he was checking on vehicles in the amount I did have Bob pass by Shawn desk and notice the disappointment look on my face. He came over and said to me, don’t worry he will get me approve and I will be able to drive off with the car I wanted, I didn’t believe him but he worked on it and what else do I need to say. I am a very happy person today! more
