I'd give it a negative if it was possible. I needed my car repaired. And since I'm not from Boulder, I asked around for mechanics and was sent to John's Auto Care. I wasn't happy with the service, and really felt like he was overcharging me but decided not to argue. I was quoted one amount and when I went to pick up my car it was 1/2 again as much. He said he had to include labor. Why would you quote with out labor. I want to know what its going to take to get me back on the road. The brand new OEM part they put in failed before 6 months I had to have a new one put in. They wanted to know why I didn't bring it back to them but I was not in Boulder and it was too expensive to take it back to them. There was susposed to be a warranty on the part and they promised me they'd call me back but never did. I'm out another $500. No integrity here. No follow through. Stay away from John's Auto Care.
