Been a patient for 20 years, but I am looking for a new primary care physician. I took my daughter in today to see Dr. "T" and she was very rude and uncaring. She did not take the time to explain things to us and was judgmental and condescending. She did not listen to our complaints and I felt that I diagnosed my daughter more than she did. Her bedside manner was horrible and we felt rushed. The nurses and support staff were very kind and apologetic for this doctor's behavior. Nurse Mendoza was excellent and treated us with respect. In my opinion, the quality of care has declined over the years and I can't say that I would recommend this facility to any of my friends.
