This is like a typical small town café--small and where a lot of locals go for breakfast. I have only eaten there for breakfast, but it was pretty good. The service is okay. People hold a lot of meetings there because they have a back room. Also, politicians stop in sometimes and talk to the people. It has a pretty good location--right on main street.
