Well, I have definitely been to Kinko's that are superior to this one. The staff seem unavailable. They do offer a wide range of services and do quality work, so I would still recommend them if you need copies, enlargements, or things like calendars or booklets put together. Just don't expect to be greeted at the door or be helped unless you actively seek out a customer service representative.
