Okay, so that’s not much to go on – but one time I waited 20 minutes, only to find out that I would have to wait another 10 minutes for them to put toner in the copiers. Yes, a copy center with over 20 machines did not have one ready to go – and I was the only one waiting… I went next door to Staples instead…. All for 5 copies! more

Good Copy Center 4/16/2006

I’ve had great experience with Kinko’s. The staff has helped me out a lot even in their self do it copy center. They have all the items you might need while making copies, from a paper cutter to a huge ruler. Be prepared to pay the price, they are not the cheapest around. more

Customer service lacking 4/14/2006

Well, I have definitely been to Kinko's that are superior to this one. The staff seem unavailable. They do offer a wide range of services and do quality work, so I would still recommend them if you need copies, enlargements, or things like calendars or booklets put together. Just don't expect to be greeted at the door or be helped unless you actively seek out a customer service representative. more

good customer service considering... 8/2/2005

My first trip to Fed-Ex kinkos was a little disappointing. I entered, only to find that I was unsure how to use the copiers. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me, only to find out that all machines were full (that were in working order) - how can a Printing Specialist, run out of toner???? I ended up having to go elsewhere to make my copies..... more
