Unlike a few of the other posters I never had a problem with having a signal. I am literally across the street from the water tower they use to broadcast the signal, 30 yards from the tower at the very most. Everything went fine with them for the first 14 days of service with them when they offered the money back guarantee however less then a week following the time when I could have gotten a refund I started suffering major download speed issues.
