If you like ribs than you have to go to Calhoun's in Knoxville. The restaurant is located right on the river, and you have the option to sit outside and enjoy it. I first went to this restaurant on a business trip to Knoxville, but I have since visited as often as I can. I actually will go out of my way to swing by there. If you are not into ribs, they also have great fried catfish.
