If there is one place where I DON'T want to buy groceries, it would definitely be Food Lion. Sure, they may say that their prices are great, but trust me, they aren't. Seriously, you would have a better chance of finding fresh food at a sporting goods store. Buying the packaged stuff is okay, but buying stuff from the produce or deli section, no way. Basically what I'm saying is if you want fresh food, stay away from Food Lion.
