The Cavendish is set way up on the hill of Arlington Ridge road, with a great view of the Washington monument and is a short walk down the hill to the Pentagon City mall and Metro.
The condos are not new, though they are clean and well maintained. The kitchens and bathrooms are small, but the price is very good, especially if you are able to find someone willing to rent their condo. The tenants are typically pretty nice because they are mostly condo owners, not renters!
They have a good sized outdoor pool, free parking for one car and easy street parking for additional cars and decent office staff.
