Apollo Grill in downtown Bethlehem is one of those places you never get tired of going to. Located just off Main St on Broad St, the setting for the restaurant is perfect. The decor is bright and modern with a big city edge. But what you are really here for is food! Their menu is unique and inviting, with over 25 appetizers to choose from! The menu is designed for those who may want to share several appetizers in place of a large entrée. This is a very fun way to spend an evening with friends and gives you the opportunity to try several items at once. My favorite is the lobster taco! Several of the entrées come in half size portions to also allow for sharing. The desserts are expertly prepared and change often. There is also an extensive martini list. This restaurant is a great night out with friend or date spot.
