An Excellent Dining Choice! 9/30/2006

The Apollo Grill is certainly one of Bethlehem's best restaurants; actually, not just Bethlehem, but the entire Lehigh Valley! I have enjoyed a number of meals there and have never been disappointed by either the staff or the food. Having sampled a number of salads, appetizers and entrees from the menu, I'll make no specific suggestions and say you should order what you like! :-) Remember, though, reservations are, if not a must, a really, really good idea! Call as early as possible for the best choice of dinner times! more

Apollo Grill in downtown Bethlehem is one of those places you never get tired of going to. Located just off Main St on Broad St, the setting for the restaurant is perfect. The decor is bright and modern with a big city edge. But what you are really here for is food! Their menu is unique and inviting, with over 25 appetizers to choose from! The menu is designed for those who may want to share several appetizers in place of a large entrée. This is a very fun way to spend an evening with friends and gives you the opportunity to try several items at once. My favorite is the lobster taco! Several of the entrées come in half size portions to also allow for sharing. The desserts are expertly prepared and change often. There is also an extensive martini list. This restaurant is a great night out with friend or date spot. more

Unique appetizers and a mean dessert selection! 12/30/2005

When we dined here we ordered a variety of apps and skipped the dinner entrees. One of the first gems on Bethlehems self-proclaimed restaurant row. Call weeks ahead so you can get a reservation for the time and night you prefer! I beleive the atmosphere is a bit overrated. Nothing special in my view. Where this restaurant makes its mark is in its high quality delivery of top notch gourmet appetizers and desserts. Great wine selections. If you are a peanut butter fan, try the mexican chocolate cake for dessert! more

A Great, Hip Bethlehem Restaurant 8/22/2005

The Apollo Grill offers an extensive and delicious menu in a sedate, modern setting. The contemporary decor and seating, combined with the eclectic background music and frequently local artwork gracing the walls, create a soothing yet hip atmosphere for a wonderful meal. Among the highlights of the Apollo Grill menu are its salads, including caesar, waldorf, nicoise and other impeccably made classics. Their diverse appetizers could easily serve as a lunch or light meal, and they offer sandwiches and pasta as well as more substantial entrees. Perhaps a unique feature of their menu is the flexibility of their fresh fish and steak offerings; for any of their fresh fish or steak entrees, you can choose a variety of sauces or preparations. From beginning to end, Apollo Grill presents you not simply with food but rather with a hip, delectable dining experience. I strongly recommend making advance reservations. more

Apollo Grill: A 10 out of 10 8/20/2005

One of the very best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, this grill in downtown Bethlehem is open Tuesday through Saturday and offers a large selection of lunches and dinners. Whether you want a simple sandwich, pasta, a salad, or a steak, the Apollo never fails to please. The quality of the food is superb, the wait staff does a tremendous job, and the desserts are phenomenal. Try the herb crusted salmon and the soft-center chocolate cake for dessert. Make sure to call first and make a reservation! more
