Spanky's is just a Lubbock tradition. Their fried cheese is soo... good, but it is HUGE, so go hungry with a bunch of friends. They have great burgers and sandwiches. They are located right across the street from Tech, and are easy to walk to after foot ball games. If you are in the mood for some great food, Spanky's is the place to go!
