I guess the reason they call it Cafe Mozart is that they are trying to create an atmosphere of serenity. The time I was there they were playing classical music and it was mellow. They don't sell that many pastrys or snacks, mostly a coffee or tea kinda place. They have a charming little outdoor patio and the inside is quaint as well. It's a great location for them, I guess you can never have too many good coffee houses in Evanston, Chicago or Seattle.
