It just doesn't get more humorous.
This chippie is run by the Tea & Sympathy gang and does its best to be as authentic as if it was on the other side of the Atlantic. I used to think it was the most expensive fish-n-chips meal I had ever bought, but considering where the American dollar stands these days it is probably about even with what is being charged in quid.
Anyway, I've enjoyed the wrapped fish here and the chips are almost always good (occasionally too mushy). This is not a spot you should plan on visiting too frequently though as it is heart-attack city with all the oil & batter & fat. Which is why it tastes so good.
