I sometimes have to check on other people's checks here to see if money is in the payee's account. The clerks are so helpful and communicate so nicely, like they really care and this makes a big difference in getting through the confusion of a bad check.
Even though I don't have an account with them, the tellers are rooting for me so I can get my money. It's a very cool feeling.
