This is actually two stores in two separate buildings. Often dubbed “the women’s side and the men’s side” because of contents make no mistake…both sides offer items of interest to both sexes. The tool building has hardware, tools, screws, bolts, wheels, handles etc. It has chains, cords, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies and that just scratches the surface! The fabric building has craft items, bolts of carpeting, material, ribbons, and lace. Patterns, threads and hobby items are also found here. This is a great place to look for hard to find items and there are a lot of good prices. However, there are some items especially in the fabric building where the prices seem inflated for a surplus store. Other then that, surplus city is great!
