Surplus City has one building for tools and hardware and one for crafts and fabrice, divided by their gravel parking lot. Both can be kind of dirty, especially the former. I frequent the latter much more and must say that you can not beat the prices they have on their ribbon and lace by the yard. Not everything they have is such a great price, but if that's what you are looking for it's definately worht the trip.
