If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I cannot express how grateful I am to this center, the doctors, and the staff here!
I am so thankful there is a place like this around here that is open on off hours because as we all know, everything happens when the dr.'s office is closed. The first time I came here my cat, Pinky, who is 18 wasn't feeling well and it was really scaring me. My fiance and I called Bishop Ranch and they told us to bring her in and they could see her. It was a Sunday evening around dinner time and no way could she have waited to see her regular doctor. Luckily our regular Vet's office in Danville is connected to Bishop Ranch Vet so all paperwork and her records were easily accessible between offices so each place had her most recent information.
We were immediatly placed into a room and we waited to see a doctor. The doctor that came in eased my mind and her manner was very comforting to us both and to Pinky. They assisted us in a timely manner and filled the medicine right there while we waited. The doctor assured us things would be fine and got us what we needed. The desk staff helped us get out so Pinky could get better and explained how to administer the medicine.
We came here a second time in November for the same issue and they took us immediatly even though it was a Saturday and the day after Halloween. We had to wait a while only because it was busy but the nurse kept coming in and letting us know the doctor would be in. By this time Pinky was walking around the room and wanting to jump onto everything so we were entertained. Once again the doctor was friendly, kind and knowledable and patient with Pinky while examining her.
I cannot thank this place and the staff enough. As most pet oweners can agree with me, the care of your pet is a serious matter and they are a part of your family.
