I have a Acura TL that I purchased from my brother who bought it from Gaithersburg Mazda. When I took into service they made me feel welcome on my first visit to the dealership, which was for my Factory Maintenance Plan Oil Change. Every subsequent visit for various standard maintenance procedures or recall checks have always left me feeling satisfied, respected and treated with care and patience. Now my brother took advantage of the cash for clunkers program and came back raving about the CS and organization of this dealership.
