Last year for my sister’s birthday, we went to the Edelweiss, a German restaurant in Colorado Springs. We were all very impressed. The prices were a tad bit higher than your “average” restaurant, but the atmosphere and food were very authentic. My dad, who has been to Germany at least a half dozen times, thought the food was excellent, and he even struck up a conversation with our German waitress! Definitely the place to go if you want authentic German food and atmosphere!
