This place has one of the toughest reservations in town and it's easy to see why: They only have about a dozen tables and they serve the tastiest steaks just about anywhere. They age the beef and hand trim it on the premises. They do wonders with lesser-known cuts of beef and the classics shine like nowhere else. Forget the a la carte business that the chain steakhouses push on you; all of Ray's steaks come with delicious creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Try the scallops and key lime pie, too.
