City Lights has some of the freshest, most well-prepared Chinese food you'll have in the metro area - on the scale of the chain P.F. Chang's, but with a lot more character and originality. Everything is good, and plentiful. The restaurant is very pleasant, with bright lighting in a cozy space a few steps down from street level. Prices are great, particularly for the quality of food, surroundings and service, and though City Lights is popular, you won't have to wait long for a table. Very close to the Dupont Circle metro.
