I was blown away by Precision Plumbing from the first phone call till they finished the job.
As soon as the guy walked in I just knew our problem was going to be fixed without any headaches. Talk about CR. We even got to fill out a "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" card on our service tech!
I was so impressed by the job they did. Not only do they promise "same day" service (or up to 500 free the next day), but they also are so professional They tech was at our house within an hour of us calling (and we called the day after Christmas so it was a holiday!). He quickly assessed the situation, wrote out our options, and then gave us a chance to talk it over. After we picked what we wanted to get done, he had the ball rolling within 30 minutes.
We needed permits for digging, had to get the town guys out to spray utility lines, etc. Within two hours he was digging up our backyard.
On top of it, everyone we talked to (from city sewage guys local town officials) had nothing but positive things to say about PP.
I think I've found my plumber!
