I ordered my tux on 12/23/2010 and told them I needed for my wedding in Washington D.C. May 1st, 2011. I paid for my tux in full for over $600. I was told the tux would be ready at the end of Feb 2011 for alteration. I didn't get any phone calls in Feb, so I called them at the beginning of March to find out the process. They told me it was delay and couldn't give me a date. So I called back a week later, and they told me it will be ready a few days before my wedding. I told them I paid in full and it wasn't a rental, I must need it no later than the week before my wedding to make sure I get enough time for alteration. I called back at the end of March to remind them I needed it no later than the last week of April for my May 1st wedding. I was really upset and told them I will just have Master Card to take the money back and go somewhere instead. So all of a sudden, they told me they can order it from another company to be delivered on Wed 4/27/11. I went back on 4/27/11 and they showed me a tux that was not the one I ordered. So I asked Adana to show me the catalog I ordered it from, and she said they threw it away cause it was out of date. Then she insisted that was the tux I had ordered. Ok even after 4 months, I remember what I order! I turned around and left. I went to Savvy. The people there are awesome. I found the tux I wanted from their catalog by the company After Six and told them that's what I ordered from A Formal Affair. So the Savvy people tried to order it for me. Come to find out, the company
