We purchased a 2011 Cruze LS, and would like to commend Jim Zachary and Harry Hewitt for their service. On our first trip, a signal came on to check the left-front tire. When we took the car into the service department and they found a nail in the tire.
We had driven it to the VA on city streets when the “signal” came on. So we paid for a new tire. The next day we went to see Jim about a question on the “satellite radio”, when we found out that we would not have to pay for the tire.
We had bought Chevy trucks and cars from Graff Chevrolet when we lived in Dallas. Stan Graff was our neighbor and good friend, but when I retired back to San Antonio, we went to “Tom Benson” for their good service department
