Went to “Tom Benson” for their good service department 7/11/2011

We purchased a 2011 Cruze LS, and would like to commend Jim Zachary and Harry Hewitt for their service. On our first trip, a signal came on to check the left-front tire. When we took the car into the service department and they found a nail in the tire. We had driven it to the VA on city streets when the “signal” came on. So we paid for a new tire. The next day we went to see Jim about a question on the “satellite radio”, when we found out that we would not have to pay for the tire. We had bought Chevy trucks and cars from Graff Chevrolet when we lived in Dallas. Stan Graff was our neighbor and good friend, but when I retired back to San Antonio, we went to “Tom Benson” for their good service department more

It was late afternoon on Saturday and my dealership of Vara chevrolet simply said to drive the vehicle home and call AAA to haul vehicle in. i told my husband - let's try Benson they are up the street and sure enough - we had our baby on this very hot day and they serviced our vehicle right away. more

Purchased new Chevy Malibu here 7/7/2010

Good: My wife and I were surprised at the relatively low pressure Jason in the internet Dept. gave us during the sale. We had visited 2 other dealerships before this one and both of those were 10x more pushy and needy.. Improvements: It would be great if their wi-fi was a bit stronger since my wife's iPad could barely get a signal, but that is pretty mild.. Other: Low pressure, fairly quick in-out process for our financing and very friendly Internet department made this a surprisingly great experience.. more
