Recently, i was involved in a major freeway accident - I was very lucky to walk away, but my car was totaled. I was not at all familiar with the claims process, and I called Jerri Fink's office. The person who helped me, Chris, was extremely helpful. He was very concerned and sympathetic,and helped me understand the process that we were about to go through.
At one point my claim was transferred to another office that handled 'Total Loss' cases. The person there was also extremely friendly and helpful.
I could not have been more pleased with the way the entire claim was handled, from start to finish. State Farm moved very quickly to handle my claim and provide a settlement so I could get on with the task of replacing my car. I had no idea what to expect, and I was extremely happy with the settlement i received, I thought it was very fair.
I cant say enough about the help and service I received from Jeri Fink's office. They made the entire experience very easy for me, and I appreciate that very much. I would absolutely recommend State Farm and Jeri Fink's office to anyone looking for insurance. Hopefully I will not need their help again, but if I do, I know that I am 'in good hands'!
