My parents have been with Jeri Fink of State Farm for almost 20 years now. When I made my first new car purchase it was time for me to get my own policy. I shopped around a bit and got a couple auto insurance quotes, but ultimately found myself with the best deal and most peace of mind working with Connie Fridlund of State Farm . Connie was patient, explicit and clear in her explanations, and took extra time out of her weekend to set up a policy for me asap ( with the 14 days "grace period" on new cars I needed to make a decision promptly). At no point did I feel "pressured" into choosing a policy. On the contrary, I felt at ease knowing I would be taken care of and ensured the best deal for insuring my 2016 Mazda CX-5. Connie was able to explain to me the ample benefits of choosing a packaged policy with Renter's Insurance ( as I rent a house with two roommates) and was patient when speaking the foreign language of auto insurance to a young professional new to making these important decisions. I would highly recommend the office of Jeri Fink to any of my close friends and family and I would especially recommend the care and service provided by Connie Fridlund. more

Jeri Fink's office is the best State Farm office in the area for SERVICE. Trust me, I have tried them all. For example, Christopher Lee, who supports you once you are Jeri's client, got my car reinsured the afternoon before a holiday weekend and immediately emailed me all of the paperwork I needed to demonstrate proof of insurnace with DMV. They consistently exceed my expectations and have never made an error with any our multiple policies with them. If you are a State Farm customer, live in the area and are not being serviced by this office, you are missing out. more

Recently, i was involved in a major freeway accident - I was very lucky to walk away, but my car was totaled. I was not at all familiar with the claims process, and I called Jerri Fink's office. The person who helped me, Chris, was extremely helpful. He was very concerned and sympathetic,and helped me understand the process that we were about to go through. At one point my claim was transferred to another office that handled 'Total Loss' cases. The person there was also extremely friendly and helpful. I could not have been more pleased with the way the entire claim was handled, from start to finish. State Farm moved very quickly to handle my claim and provide a settlement so I could get on with the task of replacing my car. I had no idea what to expect, and I was extremely happy with the settlement i received, I thought it was very fair. I cant say enough about the help and service I received from Jeri Fink's office. They made the entire experience very easy for me, and I appreciate that very much. I would absolutely recommend State Farm and Jeri Fink's office to anyone looking for insurance. Hopefully I will not need their help again, but if I do, I know that I am 'in good hands'! more

My wife and I used this insurance agency when we were living in Palo Alto for 2+ years. This is my first review ever, and I'm writing it because Jacqueline H. was such a joy to work with. We had never owned a car before, and she walked us through the steps of getting insurance and refinancing our loan to get a much lower rate. She also helped us secure renter's insurance. Jacqueline explained what coverage we needed and didn't need in a way that made sense and wasn't at all pushy (unlike my previous experience dealing with home insurance agents). When we got engaged, Jacqueline was on call with the documentation we needed to get the ring insured right away. Overall, Jacqueline had a great attitude, and she really impressed us with how quickly and comprehensively she responded to our emails and phone calls. We certainly miss having her as our agent. more
