We have bought 5 cars at Phil Long in the last 10 years. We have used the same salesman each time and it has been an easy and pleasant experience. The service center is not quite so great, my car has been lost on their lot and warranty repairs were not done completely. A talk with the manager usually fixes this, but I should not have to go above the service tech each time I take my car in. The waiting room in service is nicely decorated but set up like a maze and hard to navigate.
