I have had quite a few experiences with this particular doctor. She herself is very sweet and seems to do her job great. Her staff, however, could use some better customer service skills. They are usually quite rushed on the phone and in the office. As a matter of fact, sometimes, I've been treated quite rudely on the phone by one of the receptionists/appointment setters.
I know as well that my mother had SERIOUS problems with them on the phone. She was treated rudely, and because my mother voiced her opinion and told them how she felt, they actually wrote her a letter telling her that they refused to provide her services going forward. I could not believe this and this in itself tells me that the organization is possibly even discriminatory towards certain people.
On the other hand, my grandmother still speaks highly of Dr. Deuly and her staff and has continued her visits there to this day. I also still go to see Dr. Deuly as I have never had a problem with HER personally.
