I have been under the care of Dr. Deuley (and here wonderful. Asst., Shelly) for many years. They both have always been very genuine, caring and practice with a watchful eye, Do No Harm approach. I have passed her name on to many...she IS a true role model to me and many, many individuals in the community and throughout Ohio. A Beautiful family too!* ~Janelle more

Dr. Deuley was my doctor when I was much younger and I ended up having to find another doctor that I liked a lot less when my insurance changed. Within the last few years, Dr. Deuley started covering my insurance again and boy was I relieved. Dr. Deuley has excellent bedside manner and is a very relaxed doctor. Being a bit of a nervous person myself, Dr. Deuley puts me at ease and is non-alarmist. I would highly recommend her and her nurse, Shelley. I will concede that some of the office staff is not very friendly, but that is not reflective of the quality of care I have received with Dr. Deuley. more

I have had nothing but great experience with Dr. Deuley and her staff. She is always able to squeeze in a visit if I am sick and I never seem to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Deuley herself is friendly and personable and always remembers personal details. I would highly recommend her and her office! more

I have had quite a few experiences with this particular doctor. She herself is very sweet and seems to do her job great. Her staff, however, could use some better customer service skills. They are usually quite rushed on the phone and in the office. As a matter of fact, sometimes, I've been treated quite rudely on the phone by one of the receptionists/appointment setters. I know as well that my mother had SERIOUS problems with them on the phone. She was treated rudely, and because my mother voiced her opinion and told them how she felt, they actually wrote her a letter telling her that they refused to provide her services going forward. I could not believe this and this in itself tells me that the organization is possibly even discriminatory towards certain people. On the other hand, my grandmother still speaks highly of Dr. Deuly and her staff and has continued her visits there to this day. I also still go to see Dr. Deuly as I have never had a problem with HER personally. more
