Horning’s is truly a hideout, as few Portlanders have ever heard of it. Located a short distance from the city area, it offers camping, hiking and fishing adventures. An amazing place to hold an event or attend one, the setting is tranquil.
Except of course for the peacocks! Their loud calls sound spooky at night, but they are beautiful to watch in the daylight.
Be wary of the bathrooms and playgrounds, both are in some state of decay and I would only use with caution!
