I purchased a brand new 7 series BMW. The car has been back 5 times due to starting problems. The Service Department and Manager does not care about anything. With less than 1000 miles I have gotten ZERO service, ZERO sorry, ZERO returned calls -- I would just rate them a FLAT ZERO. Buy a Merc at Alex Rodriguez, they have perfect service, communication, etc..
I regret the Purchase at Momentum West because of the horrible service, great car though.
