Horrible Service Department-New $90,000 Car 6/13/2011

I purchased a brand new 7 series BMW. The car has been back 5 times due to starting problems. The Service Department and Manager does not care about anything. With less than 1000 miles I have gotten ZERO service, ZERO sorry, ZERO returned calls -- I would just rate them a FLAT ZERO. Buy a Merc at Alex Rodriguez, they have perfect service, communication, etc.. I regret the Purchase at Momentum West because of the horrible service, great car though. more

EXCELLANT PRICES AND EXPERIENCE 12/1/2010

Good: From the get go bmw west enticed me from the prices I found online. I had been online shopping for a car for months. All my searches led me to conclude that for price and condition of the vehicles they were they way to go.. Bad: the weather. Improvements: It would have been nice to deal with a salesman more in line with my years.... or lack there of rarther. Needs younger faces.. Other: good coffee. more

beware - theft problem 10/22/2010

Be sure to take ANY valuables from you car when you leave it for service. There is apparently a theft problem at this dealership. Management is not willing to do ANYTHING if something is stolen from your car. Your service writer WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS! more
