After 30 minutes had passed Mr. Rodgers approached me and asked if he could help me. I told him what had happen and that I wasn’t very happy. All he said was well you know accidents happen and the technician is right out of school so we’ll use this as a learning lesson. I was thinking to myself Learning lesson I’m glad my car and I can be the guinea pig. By this time I was getting more upset so I also informed him that his service reps also ignored me when I turned the car in. He told me that they do their best and sometimes they’re just busy with other customers and that I wasn’t any more important than anyone else. I’m thinking what an A-hole did he just say that. I told him that there wasn’t any other customers and the 3 where talking about their past weekend plans. He told me if he receives any other complaints on the subject he would bring it up in the next department meeting. The guy just simply wasn’t getting it and treated me like I didn’t matter and I was only one customer. He then told me if I like he would give me the next oil change free of charge. I told him no thank you I’ll be going elsewhere where they appreciate paying customers. He then said ok well it sounds like where done here have a good evening. I was in shock as he walked away without ever saying sorry. I guess in his world he did by telling me to have a good evening. All I can say is I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life and I’ll never go back there and I’ll make sure to tell everyone about my experience with Lee’s Summit Honda service department.
