We got back from a 2 week vacation out of the country and got a message from our lawyer that Buyers were ready to close on our house. The closing date kept moving and we had extremely short notice to book the move. To further complicate things, I had to coordinate everything while on a business trip to LA, so it was hard to plan the move but David Martinez (who's one of the consultants there) was extremely patient and flexible, whether it was changing the move date or updating our ever growing inventory lists to make sure his estimates reflected the latest information. She really put the 'service' back into customer service. Once we'd set the date and the rate, I got two calls confirming the move details. The day of the move, Hollin and his team of four showed up right on time. They had our boxes, furniture and artwork packed and out in 2 hours flat and beat us into the city where they waited patiently at our new address. They then unpacked us, reassembled the furniture and cleaned up after themselves in record time. And, they were fun and sweet. These guys knew all the tricks in the book - not a scratch on our furniture, not a screw lost or a glass broken. Thanks Again!
