I did a search online for a used MKX, and found one at several dealers. I e-mailed them all and most wrote me back right away. I liked the color at Hopkins the best, and I asked or more information. They asked me questions to make sure my needs were taken care of, and set a time for me to test drive. It was easy! The car was out front as they promised, and I was out in under 2 hours. Even while I was at the store they were making sure I was taken care of. Even my friend who was with me comment on how nice they were, they even brought her a cold bottle of water.
