Hopkins Ford Inc

I did a search online for a used MKX, and found one at several dealers. I e-mailed them all and most wrote me back right away. I liked the color at Hopkins the best, and I asked or more information. They asked me questions to make sure my needs were taken care of, and set a time for me to test drive. It was easy! The car was out front as they promised, and I was out in under 2 hours. Even while I was at the store they were making sure I was taken care of. Even my friend who was with me comment on how nice they were, they even brought her a cold bottle of water. We visited this dealership years ago looking for a Ford Van. We found that the sales person we dealt with left a bit to be desired. We vowed to never go back. Unfortunately, we experienced some transmission problems with our Ford Van (we purchased one elsewhere). Hopkins was/is the closest dealership to us, we decided to give their service department a shot. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! Charged us $200 to look @ the transmission only to say they couldn't tell what was wrong and needed to "drop the pan" which would cost us another $200. This would have been $400 for them to LOOK to see what was wrong. We picked up the car and took it down the road to another transmission place. They were able to tell us exactly what was wrong (without charging us) and gave us options on fixing it. In the end, we are still going to be out a lot of money- but at least it is for actual work done on our car versus a mechanic just looking at it. The woman at the service desk was very condescending as well. Terrible experience. We were offered a 10% coupon (after we relayed our displeasure) for "future service," we gladly declined and explained we would never be back. more

Those guy Sold me a Car with 9 options for a value of over $9,000 missing on vehicle delivered compare to the vehicle described on the seller's offer. Then the seller claimed that is not responsible for content, terms and condition written on his offer. If you'd like to be ripoff that's the place to go. Look for Alex Saulinas General Manager that's the one who will rob you. more

Hopkins Ford is a great place to have your car serviced. Sure, I could go to Jiffy Lube and get it done for cheaper, but Hopkins goes the extra mile and makes it worth hit to go here for allof my car's needs. Gina, who runs the service counter is pleasant and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They make bringing your car there convenient. They offer shuttle service to work when my car is being worked on. I'll go there for years to come. more

We purchased a Ford Escape from Hopkins last year and had an extremely positive experience. We shopped around a bit and knew that we wanted - a slightly used, silver Escape with low millage. We used the website Forddirect.com to search for our criteria and found what we were looking for at Hopkins. Al Calla was our salesman and he was pleasure to work with, he was not pushy at all, he allowed us to take our time and decided on our own if we wanted the car, Hopkins matched the best interest rate that we found.
