Horrible customer service 5/3/2011

Good: Good sales people. Bad: It took 5 weeks to receive wall unit. Picked it up the base unit had scratched & broken pieces. Said 2-3 weeks for new one, after 4 weeks we called them and deliver it the following week. They called us the day of the delivery and said they opened up the box to check and see if the correct item was in the box, and it was the wrong item. We told them to take it all back. They delivered one from another store and the side piece was broken. After 10 weeks and 2 wasted days they took it back.. Improvements: Some indication that they care even a little bit about the customer. Manager never at the store, and customer service person has no authority to help you with anything.. Other: There corporate office has there own managers at each location handle complaints, which means they get brushed off and can continue with the same horrible service. Hopefully these complaints and the ones to the BBB will make them change their policy.. more
