Shady experience with JR furniture. I bought a couch with protection plan. When i called insurance to create a claim, they were ready to issue credit, however, they mentioned JR Furniture never made payment to them. I have been pushed between JR Furniture, GBS and despite of 10+ calls, JR furniture failed to explain why they didn't pay GBS. To my surprise, instead of addressing the issue , JR furniture trying to shy away and blame systems glitch for non payment.
I recommend you shop elsewhere and if you must , make sure the payments are made to insurance companies.
