On April 19, 2011 it took me 40 minutes one way on highway to get to that store. Being huge in size and well supplied I expected to get my item quick.
Instead the manager of the department said that they do not have the item, though another helping guy helped me to find the case for the new I-Pad.
I also bought the protecting cover. At the time of payment I asked about the policy of return. The cashier confirmed that it was 30 days from purchase, no other information had been given.
After trying in the cover and discovering poor performance of it I took it back to the store for return on April 22, spending in total about 3 hours of my time driving again to same store.
At the "customer service" the manager refused to accept the item back with refund in the very rood manner, as if it is not them for the customers but the customers are there for them.
There is another store ABT in Chicago area, it is packed with customers constantly, they have the customer service, they do care.
