We have purchased MANY vehicles in the past, so we know what to expect. This was by far the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. Our sales advisor Bryan Wiater could not have been more attentive, personable and in tune with what we were looking for. The dealership itself was also very pleasant. I even made a comment about how nice it was set up and it must be a pleasure to work there (the Starbucks coffee was a plus!). This is our 1st Volkswagen, but our daughter has had 3 in the past. The Jetta is great and I would most definitely recommend Bill Jacobs to friends and family.
