Considerate..professional…quick 5/6/2011

The Service writer was extremely considerate on simple issues that I had with the car and was able to find the problem. He also gave me updates throughout the wait. The best part was that unlike other dealerships or auto shops the service writer did not push me to buy extra services and "upgrades" everything was brief and professional. more

We have purchased MANY vehicles in the past, so we know what to expect. This was by far the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. Our sales advisor Bryan Wiater could not have been more attentive, personable and in tune with what we were looking for. The dealership itself was also very pleasant. I even made a comment about how nice it was set up and it must be a pleasure to work there (the Starbucks coffee was a plus!). This is our 1st Volkswagen, but our daughter has had 3 in the past. The Jetta is great and I would most definitely recommend Bill Jacobs to friends and family. more

Virko was the nicest and most genuine service rep I have come across in a very long time. Two days after I was in for my service, my headlight went out and I came to replace the bulb. Virko saw me, came and shook my hand and even remembered me by name. He was very willing to go above and beyond for my needs. more
