I switched my monitoring to DSI the other day. Level of service is way above what I am paying for. The tech was very nice and helpful. I lost owners manual and he emailed me one from his laptop. He was also kind enough to make sure that I knew how to use the system. I am a single mom who has to work two jobs to provide for me and my teenage daughter. Thanks DSI for providing me with the free email alerts. I have peace of mind when I know that my daughter has made it home safe from school. I had a problem with my system last night because the keypad kept beeping. I called DSI at 10pm and was suprised to get someone on the phone. Tech had me do a few things on the keypad and the beeps stopped. They came out this morning Saturday to replace the battery. Thanks for the quick response.
