Pleased with Service and saving $$$$ 5/10/2011

I recevied a post card from DSI and decided we had enough with our previous service provider. They exceded my expectation from all levels. I was impressed with DSI because the owner came out to switch our service. Got the first month for free and now we are saving almost $6/month. Glad we made the choice to switch from Ackerman because they were going to charge us $240 just to install a new keypad by our warehouse door. DSI installed the keypad for only $ 90.00 saving me $ 150.00. They also gave me free online access to my account and email alerts when my system is turned on and off. Today I set off the alarm and was amazed at how fast they called to verify the alarm. Seemed to be faster than it was with Ackerman. The only thing that I can complain about is the fact that it has been a week and I still do not have their sign. more

Customer Service at its BEST 4/9/2011

I switched my monitoring to DSI the other day. Level of service is way above what I am paying for. The tech was very nice and helpful. I lost owners manual and he emailed me one from his laptop. He was also kind enough to make sure that I knew how to use the system. I am a single mom who has to work two jobs to provide for me and my teenage daughter. Thanks DSI for providing me with the free email alerts. I have peace of mind when I know that my daughter has made it home safe from school. I had a problem with my system last night because the keypad kept beeping. I called DSI at 10pm and was suprised to get someone on the phone. Tech had me do a few things on the keypad and the beeps stopped. They came out this morning Saturday to replace the battery. Thanks for the quick response. more

Quick Response 11/2/2010

We accidentally set off our alarm today and couldn't believe how fast DSI's monitoring center called us. I know it couldn't have been more than 10-12 seconds. Good to know that we made the right decision to switch our service from our old company. Thanks for your rapid response. more

Diversifed Systems to the rescue 7/25/2010

I made a horrible decision to protect my home with Security One and then they sold my service to LOUD Security which was worse if it were even possible. We had a break-in over the weekend and we actually had to call LOUD to tell them it happened. Can you believe that? So we immediately contacted Diversified Systems a local competitor of LOUD and changed our service out immediately. They gave us a few months free to offset our contract which was coming up for renewal in a few months. We are now saving $5/month and were required to sign a one year agreement. I really appreciate the fact that their response time is so quick and that they are also available on Saturday. THANKS DIVERSIFIED SYSTEMS!!!! They came out and switched our service the same day. Today we tested our system without contacting the monitoring station to put it into test just to see how they responded. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it only took about 9-10 seconds for them to call me to check the password. I would highly recommend that you check Diversified Systems out if you looking to switch. I also found some useful info on localprice.com about them and some of the other security companies who provide service in the Atlanta area. Good luck in your search....... more
