Toys R Us used to be the best toy store around. Although they still have an extensive amount of toys and their prices are not too bad, the service is lacking. Many times you cannot find someone to help you and you are stuck searching. Also, I have noticed you have to wait in line a lot longer than needed when there are a ton of people up at the front. The store also seems dirty and disorganized.
