Toys R Us

I have been going to this toys r us every year for the past 5 years to get my children birthday and christmas gifts. Well this past year my husband and I spent over $1000 on our childrens xmas gifts. One gift was a bike for my oldest son. We paid them to assemble it. When we went to go pick it up it had dings all over it. I addressed this issue with the management he said it was like that in the box here it is 2 days before xmas and he tells me that I will have to wait a day or two to get another one. After spending over $1000 and coming back to pick up and dinged up bike I was really upset. The manager said that he could see that I was having a bad day but would still have to pick up the bike another day. Needless to say I will not be going shopping here again and I got an even btter bike at WALMART the same night for half the price and it was already assembled and my son loves it! more

Toys R Us used to be the best toy store around. Although they still have an extensive amount of toys and their prices are not too bad, the service is lacking. Many times you cannot find someone to help you and you are stuck searching. Also, I have noticed you have to wait in line a lot longer than needed when there are a ton of people up at the front. The store also seems dirty and disorganized. more
