This is the poorest excuse for a doctor. He has no compassion and bedside manners what so ever. He is one of those Doctors that is only out to make money. I have been going to this practice for nearly 6 years ONLY because of his physicians assistants. Every time I ve had to go to the doctor and the PA wasnt available and I had to see Dr. Micheal Smith I have had mostly unpleasant experiences with him he cares about nothing you have to say, once I went there for a sinus infection and ear pressure he let me tell him about my symptoms of the SI and ear pressure but I also wanted to discuss briefly with him about my diabetes. He stopped me dead in my tracks and proceeded to tell me that he has approxiamately 2 minutes with each patient and that if I wanted to discuss anything other than what I was there for I needed to make another appointment, needless to say my appointment was at 3:15pm and he didnt take me back until 4:20pm .I have always had to wait for an hour plus on him. Also the staff is not the friendliest either. His physicians assistant Ron Kirkpatrick has left the practice and I will also be doing that too. I will be looking for another family physician for my family of 5.
