I was rear ended recently by a person insured with another company and Sue was so helpful. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she helped me with the city and state accident reports I was required to complete and send in. She even helped me through the claim process with the other insurance company. Since I had never been in an accident before, it was quite overwhelming until I called Sue. She is definitely what I would call a "Good Neighbor"!---- Amy
